An ISO endorsement that extends additional insured status to completed operations, covering the additional insured for claims arising after the named insured's work has been finished. Tower clients require CG 20 37 because structural failures, signal interference from improper installation, or fall hazards from incomplete handrail systems may produce claims long after project turnover.
