Tower Contractor Insurance

Cross Liability

Policy Terms

A policy provision (also called severability of interests) that treats each insured under the policy as if they had their own separate policy for purposes of determining coverage. This means one named insured can bring a claim against another named insured under the same policy. For tower joint ventures or projects with multiple named insureds, cross liability ensures that the policy responds to inter-insured disputes rather than treating all named insureds as a single entity.
