Indemnification

A contractual obligation in which one party agrees to compensate another for losses, damages, or liabilities arising from specified events. Tower MSAs typically require the subcontractor to indemnify the client for claims arising from the subcontractor's work. The scope ranges from limited (sole negligence of subcontractor) to intermediate or broad form (partial or even sole negligence of the indemnitee).
