The NCCI workers compensation classification for telephone or telegraph company employees engaged in the installation, maintenance, or repair of communication systems. This code is sometimes applied to tower technicians performing equipment installation, cabling, and testing work at height. The rate is generally lower than both 5057 and 3724 because it contemplates less structural risk and more electronic or cabling activity.
