Coverage for bodily injury, property damage, and cleanup costs arising from the release of pollutants. Tower contractors face pollution exposure from diesel fuel spills at generator-powered sites, lead paint disturbance on older structures, and soil contamination during foundation excavation. Standard CGL policies contain absolute pollution exclusions, requiring a separate pollution liability policy or a pollution buyback endorsement to address these exposures.
