Cancellation Provisions

The terms and conditions under which either the insurer or the insured may terminate coverage before the policy expiration date. Standard provisions allow the insured to cancel at any time and the insurer to cancel with advance written notice (typically 30-60 days, or 10 days for non-payment). Tower contractors must understand that mid-term cancellation triggers MSA breach notifications and may require immediate work stoppage across all active projects until replacement coverage is bound.
