Certificate of Insurance

A standardized document (typically ACORD 25 or ACORD 28) that provides evidence of insurance coverage, limits, and endorsements to a requesting party. Tower clients require certificates before granting site access, and the certificate must reflect all contractual requirements including additional insured status, waiver of subrogation, and primary/noncontributory language.
